Ten years later, they meet by chance and Young-joon turns out to be a big-time gangster visiting Gyeongju to effect a takeover of the territory, while Gi-dong has become a Phys. Ed. teacher at the local school. Subtle undercurrents of rivalry flow beneath their conversation and become serious when they both fall for Ju-ran, a tough but sweet girl who runs a ramen shop in the area.
