When her car crashes into a tree, instead of fining her, he teaches her how to drive. Gradually the two fall in love with each other. Bum-soo proposes to Hyun-ju, only to be rejected as she is scheduled to leave Korea to study overseas. Several years later, the two are living out each of their dreams: Bum-soo as an umpire and Hyun-ju as YOO Harin, an up-and-coming starlet. One day, Bum-soo discovers Hyun-ju is too far out of reach from him but he takes a shot at a rendez-vous on the baseball field.
