Entertainment Intellectual Property (E-IP) Market is a trading zone for intellectual
property rights of a variety of original contents that are adaptable across multiple
media platforms. In the E-IP Market, not only the E-IP rights of traditional
contents such as films, books, and performances, but also the E-IP rights of
original works that were published on digital media platforms (webtoon, web
drama, web novel, etc.) are traded for remakes or adaptations. In 2020, a total of
35 original IPs were selected from Korea, Taiwan, and Japan, and E-IP business
meetings will be held online from 26th to 28th October.
Asia Contents Awards (ACA)
The Asia Contents Awards, which first launched in 2019 and marks its second
consecutive year, is a ceremony that recognizes outstanding series across Asia
introduced through TV, OTT, and other diverse platforms. Through submissions
and preliminary rounds of judging, the 2nd Asia Contents Awards announced 28
works from 12 countries to compete in 7 categories for the Final Round. The 2nd
Asia Contents Awards will be broadcast live on the Busan International Film
Festival’s official Youtube channel on October 25th from 4pm (KST).
Asian Project Market (APM)
Asian Project Market (APM) is a first launched co-production platform in Asia that offers emerging filmmakers the opportunity to meet international leading film professionals. Each year APM discovers fresh feature film projects ranging from big-scale commercial ones to low-budget indies to link them with global film investors, producers and distributors. Numerous APM projects have already made it through to completion and received positive responses from both film festivals and international audiences. As such, APM continues to earn greater interest from filmmakers around the world. APM will be held online for three days from 26th to 28th October.
