The Jeju International Disabled People’s Human Rights Film Festival (IDHFF) is the first non-competitive film festival in South Korea dedicated to the theme of disability and disabled people's rights. It is an event that supports through funds the direct participation of people with disabilities in the process of creating audiovisual works, either in pre-production or production proper. Since 2000, it has been held annually, providing a platform for showcasing films that, due to various reasons, might not have the opportunity to be screened. The festival aims to create an opportunity for people with disabilities to widely communicate their perspectives on film and disability to the general public. It is organized by the association Disabled Peoples’ International Jeju in Korea (DPI).
